According to the formal announcement, "A strange meeting leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where hints of banned rituals and terrifying changes echo through the obscurity." The plot features a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a hidden cult.
The questline focuses on "peculiar tests and a fearsome enemy" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.
Recognizable Locations and Changes
The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer finishes with a dramatic sequence showing a character, probably the hostage, morphing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
